Study is over for now

The Quinnipiac study is now over. This means that I exercised six out of seven days every week for the past four weeks. And I feel good about it. Prior to the study, they did a benchmark range of motion evaluation on me. Now that the study is over they have done a post study range of motion evaluation on me. The post evaluation showed that I've made progress from four weeks ago. Now that the study is over I will continue to do my exercises on a daily basis. This should help me improve even more. Even though these exercises were challenging (frustrating) I will continue to look for more challenging exercises to do in the future. I am even going to ask my physiatrist to prescribe more OT for me. This should keep me busy through the end of the year. And then with the new year onto bigger and better things. I can't lose hope. Giving up is not an option!
