Today, I was just thinking that I have been on the Quinnipiac University study for about three weeks now. This means that I have not been doing my original exercises for three weeks. This caused me to get a little depressed. Because I asked myself, what if I had kept up doing those exercises how far along would I be now?"

So then I decided to start doing those exercises again but instead of doing four sets I decided to do one set. This would at least get me working on the muscle groups that I had lost during the past few years of rehabilitation on other parts of my body.

It also helped me to feel better. So I just cured myself of my depression. Remember if you want to get better and not feel depressed you have to do your exercises.

You've made a fine start here. It will likely help anyone who visits.
Your attitude needs to spread widely and thickly. Way ta go.
