went fine as they usually do. But when I got to the shaping exercise which was picking up quarters I hit a stone wall. My hand was stiff and I could not get my index finger and thumb to work properly. So I finished up one set of 50 and then walked away.
I will go back later and try my hand at it again (no pun intended). As usual this is the most difficult shaping exercise I have. And it is also the one that will probably help my hand the most. So until I get better at it this will be extremely frustrating and I will just have to put up with it for the time being. Frustration is something we will all have to overcome at some point. So get used to it and overcome it. Do as much as you can for as long as you can. Commit yourself to constant improvement. "Whether you think you can or think you can't you're right (Henry Ford).
