It's been another 10 days since my last post and lo and behold it's Christmas day. So today and maybe tomorrow I will not do my exercises. I figure I've earned myself a good rest. All work and no play makes John a dull boy. I will do my exercises on Saturday though and take my normal Sunday off and begin for earnest on Monday to start my routine all over again.
Since New Year's Eve is only one week away I am beginning to think of my New Year's resolutions. First of which will be to keep on doing my exercises the way I have been doing them the last month and a half when I started this blog. As I mentioned in my introduction the reason I am doing this blog is to help people go through the journey of recovering from a stroke. However, there is another reason to do this blog and that is selfish because it helps me to keep up with my exercises so that I can relate to my audience what it is to go through trying to get better doing rehab exercises. My second resolution will be to try and make my post more frequently to help both of us so that I can explain what is going on in my life to help me sort out the ups and downs of getting better.
In closing I would like to thank everyone for helping me to get better. And I'd like to wish everyone Happy Holidays and a very healthy and productive New Year! So after the holidays get back to your journey.
